Just wanted to say what a great experiance I had today when visiting your showroom in Guildford. The staff were fantastic and really made me feel welcome. Had a great drive in the XKR and up until that point I was convinced that I was going to buy a 911. Great satff, great car, great service.
I just wanted to write to provide some fantastic feedback on the service that I recently received from H.A.FOX Leeds. My Jaguar XF was in yesterday with a problem relating to the battery and I was really impressed with the way in which the problem was managed and particularly the service I received from Janet.
This is my first experience of Jaguar ownership having previously owned BMW’s and Audi’s and I have to say that the personal service delivered by your dealership is far superior to that of your local BMW and Audi rivals. Janet was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and assisted in managing the hire car process for me. I was particularly impressed with small touches such as your replacement of the worn silver edges to my key fob and not charging me to replace the broken plastic door handle cover for the emergency key. The walk out to my car on collection and transfer out of the hire car was also something not usually experienced at other dealerships.
All in all, a very positive experience and an excellent service that I look forward to experiencing again.
I just wanted to pass on my thanks to your team, Keith and Rob for making this the most pleasurable car buying experience I have had. Any issues or questions from myself were answered courteously and any phone calls were always returned as timely as possible. I had never used a jaguar centre before but had trouble with my car for weeks until I brought it to HAFOX Southampton and they diagnosed the problem within hours and had it fixed 24 hrs later.
